Why Today is A Great Day For Arsenal Fans - And it's All Thanks To Stoke's Sponsorship Team

We have news that should make Gooners everwhere very, very happy

     Rejoice, Gooners everywhere!
There are many things Arsenal fans hate.
Tottenham. Arsene Wenger (when they lose). Arsene Wenger haters (when they win).
But in the world of the Premier League, there is one thing Gooners despise more than anything else: The Britannia Stadium, the home of Stoke City.
The animosity between the Gunners and the Potters may be relatively recent, but as anyone who has seen Arsenal play in Stoke will testify, it's very real.

The Britannia is the place where Ryan Shawcross broke Aaron Ramsey's leg in 2010.

It's the place where the home fans regularly give Wenger plenty of abuse

It's where sections of the home support boo Ramsey for having the temerity to break his leg against them.

For all those reasons (and more), here's some news that should bring a smile to Arsenal fans everywhere:
The Britiannia is no more.
As of Wednesday 1 June 2016, a new sponsorship deal means Stoke's home ground will officially be known as the bet365 Stadium.
Admittedly, Mark Hughes' side will continue to play in the same place. And yes, Arsenal's away fans will still have to travel to the exact same ground.
But never again will Arsenal have to make "that trip to The Britannia".
You're welcome, Gooners.
